Winery Event Spaces

Riverwood has several options for you to chose from depending on your outing or party plans.  If one of the options below doesn’t meet your needs please let us know.  We are happy to work with you to tailor your event to your plans.

The spaces in the Winery are perfect for bridal showers, receptions, rehearsal dinners, small weddings, anniversaries, reunions, parties, family gatherings, and corporate events.

The Vintner's Room

Reserve our newly renovated space. Perfect for showers, gatherings, meetings, and celebrations of all types. The Vintner's Room is where, for the past ten years, we made our wines. It served us well over those years. Now we are producing wine in our new production building and have created a warm and comfortable space for celebrations and parties of up to sixty guests. 

• During business hours  

                                             $150 for three hours (plus tax)

                                             $50 each additional hour

                                          $50 per hour to open the winery earlier than normal     opening time or on Mondays or Tuesdays

• 5 - 10 pm: $500 for three hours (plus tax)
• $100 each additional hour
• $175 per hour after 10 pm

• Capacity: approx. 60 people

• Set up time and time spent decorating and cleaning up must be included in the hours reserved.  A fee of $50 every 30 minutes will be assessed if your event starts or ends outside of the scheduled three hours of reserved time. 
  
• Reservations and prepayment required
• Includes:
  • tables and chairs to accommodate your gathering;
  • a designated staff person to assist with questions
  • Make your event even more fun and memorable -- Add a seated wine tasting for $15 per person!  We will conduct the tasting at the start of your event.



Auditorium



Our Auditorium has a capacity of approximately 65 seated or 100 in a mingling, cocktail party type gathering. 

•  5 – 10 pm:     $500 for three hours (plus tax)

$100 each additional hour

$175 per hour after 10 pm

• During business hours, any day but Saturday (the Auditorium is not available for reservation on Fridays or Saturdays during business hours).

• Set up time and time spent decorating and cleaning up must be included in the hours reserved.  A fee of $50 per every 30 minutes will be assessed if your event starts or ends outside of the scheduled three hours of reserved time. 
• Reservations and prepayment required
• Includes:
  • tables and chairs to accommodate your gathering;
  • use of the 8ft long buffet counter for food or gifts or decorations
  • a designated staff person to assist with questions
  • Make your event even more fun and memorable -- Add a seated wine tasting for $15 per person!  We will conduct the tasting at the start of your event.

TASTING ROOM HOURS

Open:

• Wednesday: 11am-6pm
• Thursday: 11am-6pm
• Friday: 11am-9pm
• Saturday: 11am-9pm
• Sunday: 11am-6pm

Closed:

• Monday / Tuesday
• Major holidays

The following information is applicable to both the Reception Hall and The Vintner's Room and all private events at the Winery:

Food and Drink:

• All wine, beer, and spirits must be provided by Riverwood Winery.   
• You are welcome to bring your own food or have your event catered.  We can recommend caterers for you.

Decorations

• Set up time and time spent decorating and cleaning up must be included in the hours reserved.  A fee of $50 per each 30 minutes will be assessed if your event starts or ends outside of the scheduled three hours of reserved time. 
• No decorations may be taped or stapled to the walls. 
• All lighted candles must be covered by a chimney or enclosed in a container; battery powered candles are also fine.
• No loose sparkly, glitter-type, plastic confetti, or similar decorations may be used.
• No decorations may be hung from the ceiling.
• You’ll need to provide your own tablecloths and linens.  (Rectangular tables are 30" x 72"; round tables are 60" rounds)

Damage:  Any damage to the property or facilities beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter who agrees to pay Riverwood Winery for the full cost of damage repair.  

Sales Tax: Sales tax of 5.6% applies unless your organization is tax exempt.

Minors:  No alcohol of any kind may be consumed by anyone under 21. Use of alcohol by a minor will result in the immediate cancellation of your event.  All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
